Please take note of the following:
This application is for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
Parents/Legal Guardians would be required to attach a copy of your child/ward's Birth Certificate, both parents' NRICs and latest Semestral Assessment (SA) results.
This application is only valid for 6 months. Please submit another application if you do not hear from us after 6 months.
Award of place is at sole discretion of the school.
